FD Recruit have another Part Time Finance Director Job Vacancy for a Bath based client – handled by our South West Team.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part time Finance Director at a dynamic media and creative business based in Bath.
The primary function of this role will be to provide support to the existing finance team, building robust models and processes and offering insight and direction on planned business strategies. This position will report into the CEO of the business and will form a part of the leadership team. As such, extensive previous experience of working at board level is essential.
Key responsibilities:
• Working alongside the CEO and senior management on growth strategy
• Developing and implementing robust reporting systems
• Providing cost effective and innovative financial solutions and policies
• Gaining a comprehensive knowledge of all departments to successfully drive growth and profitability
• Developing and leading the finance team
Although previous experience within a media background is not essential, a thorough understanding of the sector from a wider communications perspective is imperative.
This role is ideally suited to a dynamic FD with first class communication and interpersonal skills. Culture fit is a key consideration for this role, so a track record in providing innovative solutions and building exceptional relationships at all levels, both internally and externally is essential.
