Part-Time FD, 4-8 days per month, £500-600 per day

Our client is a fast growing, business services company headquartered in Leeds. Having established an enviable blue-chip client base the business is now looking to recruit a Part Time Finance Director for thier head office based near Leeds. The company has expanded through a series of small acquisitions and require a Part-Time FD to help steer the company finances.

The role will be varied and challenging and will include the following key responsibilities:

• Assisting with future acquisitions
• Helping the business with technical queries and tax planning
• Providing financial data for the directors
• Advising on investing cash surpluses
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Mentoring the company accountant

Required experience:

• Qualified Finance Director
• Experience as a Part-Time FD with a history of working with SME clients
• Commercial acumen and a strong influencer
• Experience of working within professional services / consultancy ishighly desirable.

If you have experience of working as a Part-Time FD and knowledge of the professional services sector then we’d like to hear from you. The role in on a flexible basis for 4-8 days per month which will depend on the demands of the business.
