FD Recruit have another Interim Finance Director Job Vacancy for a North London based client – handled by our South East Team.

Our client is a growing niche asset based lender who is looking of an interim FD for an initial 2 month period. The client focuses on short term lending for the alternative assets and residential sector providing products like bridging finance often critical for project completions. The role is to cover a period of absence and will manage the finance team as well as conduct a departmental efficiency review.

Responsibilities:

Building effective and influential relationships with key stakeholders
Assessing and streamlining key processes
Heading up high-level financial processes
Advising the board on key business critical decisions
Working closely with department heads to gain a thorough understanding of all parts of the business to better tailor strategy & processes
Assessing, managing and developing a small finance function

Person specification:

Must be a fully qualified accountant with experience of departmental management and experience of building teams
Excellent communication skills
Experience of FCA regulated environments
Experience of working within commercial debt finance is essential. Experience of asset based lending or commercial bridging finance would be advantageous.
